Summer school for capillary electrophoresis-mass spectrometry (CE-MS)
We will organize a summer school on CE-MS during July 22-24, 2024 for up to ten graduate students or postdocs who are using or plan to use CE-MS for peptides, proteins, or protein complexes in their research. During the three days of summer school, students will do experiments in my research lab at the Department of Chemistry of Michigan State University (East Lansing, Michigan) and learn how to make capillary coatings and how to set up CE-MS systems for bottom-up and top-down proteomics of simple and complex samples. We can offer up to $600 per student to cover some of the travel costs. The summer school is supported by the National Science Foundation (NSF).
