Research Interest
Develop analytical methodologies based on capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE)-mass spectrometry (MS) for comprehensive and quantitative characterization of proteins and their post-translational modifications (PTMs) in cells. Understand the roles of proteins and their PTMs in modulating the vertebrate early embryogenesis using CZE-MS based quantitative proteomics.
